Yes, we use only natural ingredients in our formulations. Preservatives are added upto a minimum permissible level to maintain the shelf life of products. Preservatives are always tested perfectly safe for skin.

Yes, Mystiq Living products are completely safe to use. Beauty products at Mystiq Living are FDA approved. Our products are natural and toxin free. Numerous tests are conducted for each formulation and every batch of products like dermatology test are conducted on sensitive human skin to ensure they are safe and non- allergic. Microbiology tests, heavy metal tests, preservative efficacy test along with other tests are conducted with untiring perseverance.

All products go through Dermatology Testing before going to sale. We do test for all skin types. But we strongly recommend a patch test before usage as some people are allergic to natural ingredients. You should discontinue the usage once irritation persists.

Yes, products at Mystiq Living can be used across all age groups and genders

Paraben, Silicones, Sulphate , Phthalate, Hexane, Mineral Oil, Paraffin or many other harsh chemicals which may harm the skin are never used in any of our formulation. All ingredients are from natural and plant based sources.

Since we use only natural ingredients and minimum amount of preservatives, the validity is shorter than other products you find in market. Mystiq Living Specials series of products should be used within 18 months from their date of manufacturing. Mystiq Living Originals and Therapy series of products only have natural oils (coldpressed and essential oils) as ingredients, hence their validity ranges from 24months to 36 months.

Mystiq Living only uses plant based ingredients. Ingredients which are purely natural and sourced from their native place of origin. All products undergo physical and chemical testing before we use them on production. Only if they pass safety parameters they are used for production.

Yes, all products are Plant based and Vegan. Ingredients used in our products are derived from plants. Our original series contain single ,pure and raw ingredients where as therapeutic and specials are meticulously made from ayurvedic formulations. We do not use any animal derived ingredients.

Yes, the prices of product shown on mystiqliving.com are including GST. Same price is included in the bill as well.

Yes, COD is available .However, when purchased under COD , COD charges are applicable of Rs 40 for single or multiple purchase in one single order.

All domestic orders (within India) are processed within a single business day. Delivery for domestic orders can be expected within 3-5 working days.  In case if the shipping address is remote and not easily accessible, it may take upto 10- 12 working days.

No, currently we do not ship outside India.

We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 499 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 40 if your total order value is less Rs. 499.
