How To Use Flaxseed For Hair And Skin
Flaxseed oil, commonly known as linseed oil, is derived from little golden seeds that are one of the greatest sources of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids found in plants. The fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) found in flaxseed oil is converted by the body into the beneficial eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Vitamin C can help to boost collagen production and prevent wrinkles from forming prematurely. This ingredient contains antioxidants that help to reduce oxidative stress and wrinkles.
